New House Builder Williton, Somerset
A large new build house in Williton Somerset. The existing house was knocked down and the ground then excavated and soil removed. Our architect plans were drawn up for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom property, one of those being en-suite. A modern block structure with rendered walls was built.
The property was finished with a slate roof as well as a porch and a double garage. Internally a kitchen and bathroom as well as all rooms decorated. The exterior of the property was also painted. A modern fireplace complemented the internal decor.
All electrics were renewed and solar panels added as well as a heating system. The new build was finished with a new tarmac driveway. A wonderful example of a house build in Somerset that we were involved from the planning stage to completion.
