Side and Rear Extension
Blagdon Hill – Blackdown Hills AONB
N.B. Construction successfully completed a side and rear extension at a residential property in Blagdon Hill, situated at the foot of the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The project required careful planning and high-quality craftsmanship to ensure the new additions blended seamlessly with the existing property and its rural surroundings.
Works began with the excavation of footings, followed by the construction of new walls and roof to form the extension. Externally, decorative flint stone facings were added to enhance the character of the building and complement the local architectural style.
Internally, N.B. Construction carried out the full build and installation of a bespoke kitchen and bathroom, including all associated plumbing, electrical works, and finishes. An oil-fired heating system was also installed to provide reliable and efficient heating throughout the home.
Landscaping works completed the project, improving the overall setting and functionality of the outdoor space. The client was so pleased with the quality of workmanship and overall result that they requested an additional extension to the garage before N.B. Construction left site.
